Questions

Q: How does the ordering process work?
A: You will submit an order form to me and I will get you a proof of your card in 1-2 days. You can make any and as many changes as you would like to your card at no extra cost. If you are ordering a custom card, I will send you more than one proof to look at and each card will be different, so you have different options to choose from. Once you've approved your proof, you will be sent an invoice from Google Checkout to pay for your order. Once I've seen that your order has been paid for, I will send your card to the printers. It usually is printed in 24-48 hours and then your order will be shipped directly to you.

Q: What is a Proof?
A: A Proof is a Low Resolution Image that I will email you. From that you can let me know if it's what you want or if changes need to be made.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: All cards are shipped UPS Ground and you should receive your order in 2-7 business days.

**Allow extra time during the holidays. If you would like to have them shipped Second Day Air or Overnight, there is an extra charge.

Q: How do I order what I want?
A: You can either order one of the designs you see or I can custom make one for you at no extra charge. Just go to the Ordering Page, fill out the form and submit it. You will then need to email me your photos. On the ordering form in the comments box you can make any special requests for colors, wording, etc.

Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Once I've emailed you your proof and you've approved it, you will receive an email from Google Checkout. An invoice will be included in this, with a link to Google Checkout. If you already have an account set up with them, you'll just need to log in. If you don't have one, you will need to create one. They accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Q: Do I get envelopes with my cards?
A: Yes. You get White Envelopes with the Photo Cards and the Folded Greeting Cards. They will come with your cards, so I am unable to send them ahead of time. I also cannot have them printed with any information.

Q: Can you fix or change my photos?
A: Yes. I can change the color, size, crop it, remove the background, remove blemishes, lighten, darken, etc. If there is something you want me to change just let me know and I'll try my best to make it what you want.

A: They are printed on Fuji's Professional Digital Crystal Archive Photographic Paper.

Q: What resolution should my photos be?
A: Your photos should be at least 1800x1200 pixels. Any scanned photos should be at a minimum 300dpi (dots per inch).

Q: Can I change the colors on a card?
A: Yes. You can change any of the colors. If there is a boy card that you would like for a girl, I can change it to more girly colors, etc.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: You can cancel at any time prior to your card being sent to the printers. Once the order has been sent to print, you will be charged in full.

Q: Can I use Professional Photos?
A: Yes, but only if you have a copyright release from the photographer, saying that you own the rights to the pictures. By submitting your order, you agree that you own all rights to the pictures and grant permission for reprinting. You also agree not to hold me responsible for misuse of copyrighted images.

Q: What if there is a certain style of card or a different size that I would like?
A: Just send me an email with what you would like and I'll see if I can get it for you and I'll give you a price quote. Right now I'm working on adding some new items, so just ask!
